Terms of Use
Last updated: May 19, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the f7kore.com website ("Site") and of the F7 KORE platform services ("Platform" or "Service") provided by F7 Tecnologia. By accessing the Site or contracting the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider identification
The Platform and the Site are provided by F7 Tecnologia Ltda. ("F7"), a private legal entity registered under Brazilian Tax ID (CNPJ) 23.839.390/0001-93 and Municipal Registration No. 38.235, headquartered at Rua Feliciano Bortolini, 1640 — Sala 7, Box 6, Barra do Rio Cerro district, Jaraguá do Sul/SC, ZIP 89.260-090, Brazil.
2. Subject and scope
The Site is institutional in nature and provides information about F7 and the Platform. The Platform is a software solution for automation, integration and audit of industrial operations, commercialized as a usage license, with continuous support and updates.
These Terms cover:
- general use of the Site by any visitor;
- baseline conditions for contracting the Platform, complemented by a specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed between F7 and each customer.
3. Acceptance and capacity
Accessing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms. Contracting the Platform requires additional acceptance of the corresponding MSA and DPA. The user declares having legal capacity to enter into this agreement and, when acting on behalf of a legal entity, declares to have powers to represent it.
4. Deployment models
The Platform is offered in two deployment models, jointly chosen by the customer and F7:
- On-premises (in the customer's data center): F7 provides the software, configuration and support; infrastructure, data and operation remain entirely under the customer's control, within the perimeter it designates. In this model, F7 does not store the customer's personal or operational data, except as strictly required for contracted support.
- Managed SaaS (operated by F7): F7 hosts and runs the Platform on cloud infrastructure, in regions and parameters defined by contract, on an instance dedicated to each customer — no technical multi-tenancy. The customer remains controller of personal data; F7 acts as processor under the DPA.
Both models are commercialized as recurring monthly fees (license + support + updates). There is no perpetual one-off sale.
5. Registration and access credentials
The Site does not offer public registration or self-service. Access to the Platform is provisioned by F7 or by the customer's administrator, depending on the deployment model. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity carried out with them; they must notify F7 immediately upon any suspicion of unauthorized access.
6. Permitted use
The customer and its authorized users undertake to use the Platform strictly for the purposes contracted, in compliance with applicable law. Without prejudice to additional restrictions in the MSA, the following is forbidden:
- reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform component;
- circumventing security, access control or audit mechanisms;
- using the Platform for unlawful activities, against public order, or violating third-party rights;
- sublicensing, reselling, leasing or offering the Platform to third parties not authorized in the contract.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the "F7", "KORE", "F7 KORE" brands, logo, source code, documentation, prompt templates, AI pipelines and Platform components belong to F7 or its licensors. Contracting grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable usage license under the MSA — no title is transferred.
Content published on the Site (text, images, videos, mockups) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without F7's prior written consent.
8. Customer content and operational data
Documents, forms, images, audio, messages and other content entered by the customer into the Platform ("Customer Content") remain the customer's property. F7 processes such content exclusively to perform the contracted services, under the MSA and DPA. Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
The Parties (F7 and customer) acknowledge that, in the course of the relationship, they may have access to each other's confidential information. Each Party undertakes to keep such information confidential, use it only to perform the contract and adopt reasonable measures against unauthorized disclosure — for the term of the contract and for 5 (five) years thereafter.
10. Availability and support
For the managed SaaS model, F7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, and may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Specific service-level indicators (SLA) are defined in the MSA. For the on-premises model, availability depends on the customer's infrastructure; F7's support covers the software and integration as contracted.
11. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided in the state in which it stands at the time of contracting, with the features described in the MSA. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on F7's part, and subject to applicable law, F7's total aggregate liability to the customer, for any reason, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer in the 12 (twelve) months prior to the event giving rise to liability. F7 shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or automated decisions taken by the customer based on Platform suggestions without human review.
12. Termination and suspension
Either Party may terminate the contract under the hypotheses set out in the MSA. F7 may suspend access to the Platform, upon notice, in cases of serious misuse, default, or risk to the security of the operation, without prejudice to obligations accrued up to the suspension date.
13. Changes to these Terms
F7 may update these Terms periodically. Where a change materially affects customer rights, it will be communicated by the registered contact e-mail and/or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated version constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The District of Jaraguá do Sul, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, is elected as the venue to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, save for a different venue elected in a specific MSA.
15. Contact
Questions or requests related to these Terms may be sent to [email protected] or to F7's postal address indicated in clause 1.
