A decade automating industrial operations. Now with AI.
F7 Tecnologia builds F7 KORE. Over a decade automating industrial processes in real operations — previously known as Dynamique, now with generative AI acting inside the operation.
The beginning — Dynamique
In December 2015 we started a company for industrial process automation. The name was Dynamique. The premise was simple: mid-to-large Brazilian industry had established ERP, but kept tripping on informal processes — quoting, inspecting, authorizing, escalating — that depended on email chains and on the heads of a few people.
We built a structured workflow engine and put it into real operations. At Degraus (equipment rental), we automated a single process and saved BRL 35,000/year + 50% of the manager's time. At Cervejaria Proibida, the commercial team scaled from 30 to 70 executives without the process breaking. At Quinabra (chemical industry under sanitary audit), regulatory activity control migrated from notebooks checked page by page to a screen with filters.
That engine worked — and still works, in production, at these and other operations.
The transition — why we rebuilt
In 2024 it became clear generative AI would stop being an experiment and become part of the real operation of industry. Not as a coder's copilot, but as a specialist acting inside the process — reading documents, double-checking forms, proposing actions, opening work orders in the ERP. Not a chatbot — an operator.
The Dynamique engine was built for rigid workflow with rules coded at design time. Generative AI demands a different foundation: shared context across modules, native audit trail of every decision, fine-grained permissions, durable transactions, tight latency. We rebuilt from scratch to deliver that standard.
The trust that sustains AI acting inside industrial operations is architecture, not feature. Every action traceable to who asked, with which permission, in which context. Every integration handling real load without locking the operation. Every error with identifiable origin. That only ships on the right foundation.
The house today — F7 + Kris + IRIS Data Platform
F7 Tecnologia Ltda. is the company today. Headquartered in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Brazilian Tax ID (CNPJ) 23.839.390/0001-93.
Built by Fabio Silva, F7's CEO, with 19 years of hands-on practice on InterSystems since 2007 — from Caché to Ensemble to today's IRIS. Every KORE architecture decision traces back to that origin.
F7 KORE is the platform. It runs on IRIS Data Platform (InterSystems) — a deliberate choice: it is the only product technology that unites transactional database + analytics + integration + audit + interoperability in a single core. Thirty years in production across healthcare and industry, capable of sustaining the volume and latency that AI applied to operations requires.
Kris is the senior specialist that lives on the platform. It reads document, photo, audio and form. It builds the technical proposal in the house's template. It catches the error the moment it appears. It notices what was left undone. And every step it takes lands in an immutable history, audit-ready for LGPD, ISO 9001, FDA Part 11.
The thesis
In every industrial operation, there is work that is worth gold and lives in one head only. Quoting the proposal, deciding whether the part passes, writing the work order in the house's template. That work doesn't scale — it depends on one or two people who learned the craft in practice. When they're out, the process stops. When they retire, it leaves with them.
F7 KORE puts a senior specialist at every post, all at once. It doesn't replace those who know — it multiplies where the knowledge acts. The senior person stops executing by hand; they review and decide. Their judgment, once locked at one desk, now pays off across the whole operation.
Where the AI runs — you choose
Two deployment models. You choose.
- Sovereign on-prem: full IRIS Data Platform running in the customer's data center. Audit logs, content, transcriptions and technical proposals remain inside the customer's perimeter. LGPD-trivial. Industrial secrecy met by design.
- Managed SaaS by F7: F7 hosts and operates; the customer accesses through the web. Each customer on a dedicated instance — no technical multi-tenancy, no cross-tenant leak risk.
Both models are recurring monthly fees (license + support + updates). Not a one-off perpetual sale: ongoing-evolution commitment with you.
The house
The house did not grow on AI hype — it grew before the wave, on real operation with customers paying recurring contracts. The applied AI we ship today is the natural evolution of that base.
The initial conversation is technical, with the team that will design and run the POC. Clear agenda.
