What is F7 KORE in one sentence?

A platform where an AI — Kris — does the work of the industrial operation at every post, all at once: builds the technical proposal, catches the error the moment it appears, notices what was left undone. Every action stays recorded and audit-ready.

Who is behind F7 KORE?

F7 Tecnologia Ltda. is the company, headquartered in Jaraguá do Sul/SC, Brazil. Built by Fabio Silva — automating industry since 2007, more than 19 years of practice. The house behind KORE has automated industry for over a decade — previously operating as Dynamique (rebranded to F7 KORE in 2025), with cases including Degraus, Cervejaria Proibida and Quinabra. KORE is the leap that base made when we rebuilt the platform for AI to act inside the operation.

How does F7 KORE run — on my server or in the cloud?

Both, and you choose. On your server: everything runs inside your company — the data never leaves your house. In the cloud, managed by F7: every customer has their own environment, kept separate from the others, in a region defined by contract. Both models are recurring monthly fees.

Which ERPs and systems do you integrate today?

Ready-made connections to the main ERPs used in Brazil — TOTVS Protheus, SAP Business One, Sankhya and Senior — plus TOTVS RM, Omie, Bling and Conta Azul. We also connect CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipefy, RD Station, Ploomes, Pipedrive, Agendor), machines and sensors on the shop floor, and quality and maintenance systems. See the full list and the technical details at /integrations.

Does my operational data leave my company?

If it runs on your server, no — F7 doesn't even access it, except for explicitly contracted and audited support. In the cloud, the data sits in an environment that's yours alone, in a region agreed in contract (default Brazil), under a specific data-protection agreement. In either case, F7 does not sell or share data.

Does the system work when the internet is down?

Depends on the model. On your server: the operation keeps running. Everything runs inside your company; forms, tasks, integration with the local ERP and the history don't stop. What needs internet is only Kris's AI part (which calls an external model) — when the network is back, what queued up is processed in order, with no loss. In the cloud: the platform needs internet to respond; what the operator records at the local terminal queues up and syncs when the network is back.

How long does deployment take?

Paid POC in 6-12 weeks — 1 critical process, 1-2 modules, success criteria defined in the initial conversation. Full rollout in 3-6 months for a mid-sized operation with 4-5 modules active and 2-3 ERP integrations. Enterprise rollout (multiple plants, full modules, dedicated SLA) operates in quarterly phases with a 9-18 month horizon. In all models, value enters partial production starting in weeks 8-12 — no big-bang one year from now.

How does support work? SLA?

Support comes straight from the team that builds the product — no outsourced layer in between. On your server: F7 accesses the customer's environment only under contracted and audited windows (every access is recorded in KORE's own history). In the cloud: F7 operates the platform; the customer follows the SLA via an internal panel. Standard B2B SLA: response in 4 business hours for normal incidents, 1 hour for critical issues that halt the operation. Enterprise contracts customize window and response time. Updates are continuous in the cloud; on your server, quarterly cycles coordinated with the customer.

Does Kris replace people?

No. Kris multiplies the judgment of those who understand the operation best. The senior person stops executing manual work (building proposals, double-checking each form) and shifts to reviewing and deciding. Their judgment, once locked at one desk, now pays off across the whole operation.

How much does it cost?

Recurring monthly fee under contract — not a one-off perpetual sale.

Composition: base license + number of active users + modules enabled (each module has weight) + deployment model (on your server there's a setup fee; in the cloud there isn't) + contracted SLA level.

The initial 30-min conversation is free and exists to close these parameters.

How do I get started?

Book a 30-minute call. In it, we map which process in your operation is locked in one head, and define the scope of a paid POC with clear success criteria over 6-12 weeks. If the POC delivers what was promised, it becomes a contract; if not, you keep the learning and F7 gets feedback on what to adjust — with no hard feelings either way.
