What is F7 KORE?
The platform that turns your operation's scattered data into traceable decisions and actions. Its single core integrates systems, documents and conversations, compares planned with actual, identifies what caused each variation and turns deviations into actions with an owner and a deadline.
Is it a chatbot?
The AI agent is one of the platform's capabilities. It acts with each user's permission to open tasks, fill in records, build analyses and trigger approvals, with every action recorded. Each write depends on confirmation from the person who asked.
Which AI does F7 KORE use?
Anthropic and Google models, set by configuration. Only the content needed for the task and authorized goes to the model, and calculations and forecasts run in the database.
Where does my data live?
On SaaS, on Google Cloud infrastructure, currently in the São Paulo region. On-premises, the platform, data and trail stay in the organization's environment, and the excerpts sent to the language model go to the configured provider.
Does the AI agent see everything?
No. The agent sees only what the requester sees, and permission is enforced when the data is queried, before anything is sent to the model. Every write requested from the agent depends on confirmation.
How does the audit trail work?
Each action produces a record carrying the hash of the previous one (a hashchain). Anchors are published outside the platform. Any change is detectable, and exported evidence can be recalculated by independent auditors.
Do I need to change my ERP?
No. F7 KORE works on top of your existing systems, whatever the vendor.
Do people need to learn a new tool?
The routine in Outlook and Teams stays the same. The agent works in Teams chat, and tasks, notifications, forms and approvals live in the F7 KORE interface.
Can the AI agent carry my company's name?
Yes. The organization's administrator sets the name, gender, image, tone, language and available tools.
Who is F7 KORE for?
For companies whose results depend on what happens in operations: field crews, plants, contracts and ongoing projects.
How does deployment work?
The F7 KORE team runs the assessment, integration, configuration and assisted operation, with scope and results defined with the organization. Credentials and the agent's identity stay with the organization's administrator.
