1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using F7 KORE (“the Service”), operated by F7 Fusion Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

F7 KORE is a business process management (BPM) platform that includes document management, workflow automation, RPA, compliance tools, CRM, and AI capabilities. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in the pricing page.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Each subscription covers one organization (tenant). Sharing credentials between unrelated organizations is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
Use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful or misleading content.
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
Exceed plan limits or abuse API rate limits in a manner that degrades service for others.

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, a plan must be selected to continue.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to F7 KORE. We do not claim rights to your content. We process your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for Pro/Business plans and 99.95% for Enterprise. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance. See status.f7kore.com for real-time status.

8. Intellectual Property

The F7 KORE platform, its design, code and trademarks are owned by F7 Fusion Tech LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Brazilian customers are also subject to Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC) where applicable.
