2. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone, job title, company name.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address.
Platform data: documents, processes, forms and other content you create in F7 KORE.
Payment data: billing address, last 4 digits of card (processed by Asaas/Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Communication data: support tickets, chat messages, email correspondence.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract performance: to provide the F7 KORE service.
Legitimate interest: product improvement, security, fraud prevention.
Legal obligation: tax records, compliance with Brazilian and US law.
Consent: marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. Backups are purged within 30 days after deletion.

Your data is stored in Brazil (AWS sa-east-1 / GCP southamerica-east1). We do not transfer data outside of Brazil except for third-party services explicitly listed (e.g., Anthropic for AI processing in the US). All transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Under GDPR, LGPD and applicable law, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability (export in machine-readable format)
Withdraw consent at any time
